Fulcrum Development is headed up by six individuals whose fields range from development: Jack Heaney; architecture: Chien Dao; engineering: Chris Vitolano and Dmitry Morisov; mortgage financing: Catherine Inniss and business sustainable design: Jessica Strauss. During it’s inception Fulcrum has done extensive search for conversion and new projects with complete feasibility analysis using these diverse skills. Drawing heavily on the housing development experience of it’s members, the Fulcrum team use their skill to conceive a project from purchase to occupation. The examples here range from a mixed use commercial hotel and condominium project in the lower east side to a conversion of four existing buildings along the newly created Hi-Line Park with two story penthouse addition. Fulcrum Development works with owners as well as developers to do turn-key development, architecture and organization.
