This residence for a prominent international literary agent is the reconstruction of the owners former office in to his residence for the next 20 years. After owning the space for 20 years the client decided to move his office quarters to the 2nd floor and renovate the 1st level. Major portions of the work included the construction of the kitchen, bathroom, closets and exterior roof deck including spiral stair in a contemporary manor that is respectful of the 120 year old structure in the established neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights. Materials include Italian marble tops, tiles and glass black splash.
